electing candidate Michael Fleagle to the Doyon, Ltd. board
of directors at Doyon Ltd.'s annual meeting March 16, 2012 in
Fairbanks, Alaska.
Candidate has no arrangement or understanding with any
entity for future employment by Doyon, Ltd. or any of its
subsidiaries, or future financial transactions to which Doyon,
Ltd. or its subsidiaries will be or may become a party to. He
has no close family relationships with any director, nominee
or executive officer of Doyon, Ltd. or its subsidiaries. No
action has been taken against him which would disqualify
him from serving as director of Doyon, Ltd. He has not been
subject to any event or taken any action under

means of this website, letter, phone, fax, radio or print media,
internet, e-mail or in person. Candidate will bear all
expenses in this solicitation, with the exception of a shared
mailing and email solicitation with candidate Jennifer Fate
and a contribution under $500 by Shareholders for
Leadership. Expenses are not expected to exceed $5000.
